Foccacia bread recipe made in the Breadmaker that is a favourite. I have a Sunbeam Bakehouse but I am sure they will all be similar.

This is the recipe I use and it is yummy!

Focaccia Bread
2t yeast
400g flour
5t sugar
2T olive oil
1 and a half t salt
1 t mixed herbs or your favourite herb (optional)
280ml warm water

Cook on dough setting in bread machine.
When done roll out flat onto a baking tray.
Leave to rise.
Before cooking make dimples in the bread with your fingers, sprinkle with mixed herbs, cheese, rock salt (you can use any or none of these) and olive oil.
Bake 200c about 15 mins.

this is my favourite (from a TM member in Parenting, from memory):

1 cup lukewarm water
2 Tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 Tbsp herbs (rosemary, oregano, etc)
440g flour
1½ tsp yeast

Put all ingredients into the breadmaker tin in the order required by your breadmaker (this is the order for mine).Set to dough cycle. When finished spread dough onto lined/greased tray and shape into a rectangle.Make dents with fingertips all over (but not too close together).Drizzle olive oil over the top and sprinkle with salt.Cover with clingfilm and place somewhere warm while oven preheats to 200° C.Unwrap the bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden and hollow sounding when tapped.
