I would like to make those lovely little lemon tart-lets that are sold by the supermarkets. They have quite a sweet tangy lemon taste and are quite delicious and expensive to buy, so I was looking to make some. I have been looking for a recipe on the net and all I found was recipes for the large lemon tarts. I think that the filling for the large tarts are a little different to the filling I am looking for in the small ones. Any thoughts or comments would be appreciated.Cheers
