Just about to bottle the plum sauce so had alittle taste,so hot,Ok because I didnt have any mace in cupboard, I used Onion pickling spice blend (its in a packet)Any idea what I can put in to cool it down.Thanks alot.

have bottled it now, but at least it will keep us warm over winter lol

good for you, treat it like Worcestershire sauce. It will get hotter as it matures.
