chicken pot pie

ingredients:

1 large carrot diced into very small cubes
1 stick of celery diced small
1 onion diced small
3/4 cup frozen peas
maggies chicken stock powder
2 chicken breasts

method:

Boil/cook chicken breast in chciken stock in a seperate pot.

In a fry pan melt some butter and fryonoin, celery and carrot
Make a white sauce in thefry pan by adding flour to the mixture
and then slowly add the chicken stock from the the pot that the chicken was
cooked in
add peas and simmeruntil white sauce thickens
cube chicken and add to mixture

put into ramekins

cover with a 1/4 piece of puff pastry(pams) and egg wash the top
bake at 420f for 20 min
