Any recipes using hummus would be great. I have a huge catering pack of hummus that I need to use up.So far have.
Pita bread with hummus Veggie sticks with hummus.

freeze it down in smaller lots:) With crackers, salad, instead of butter or marg.

In today's DomPost, Ruth Pretty's recipe for stuffed roast peppers is basically just hummus with an onion and some cumin added. Should be quite nice.
