Well since I do not think neither chicken sausage nor low fat healthy I cannot help you, sorry ladies. So three times was not lucky in this case.
Cook it in the low fat fashion - most likely in a non-stick fry pan with lots of carbs!
I am sure some others will come in soon and give their ideas.

Did you buy chicken sausages! Or do you want to make your own! I was given some chicken sausages & I chucked them out, after trying a couple. They were not good ( blardy awful) & after hearing what goes into them .! Like surimi .it's the dregs/fatty bits that go into them & .well you know the rest on how they get them looking presentable & they sell them as 'healthy'. Sorry, I'm starting to sound like some of the 'purists' on here.
