can anyone help was thinking kind of a fritter thing but open to suggestions with simple ingredients please nout fancy

Goes good in frittata and eggs are not fancy ingredients, imo.

Grated courgettes, spring onion (if that is not too fancy already), salt, pepper (or chilli), bacon, parsley or chives, eggs. Fry.
