Anyone have a failsafe yummy raspberry muffin recipe please?I like them but don't like the white chocolate some include.I'd prefer to eat the white chocolate on it's own:-)I had a great receipe but have lost it. I make muffins for the schoolbox ... freeze a batch of them and then pop into lunchbox and by lunchtime it's ready to eat.

somewhere there is a diabetic baking thread that has a recipe in it for berry muffins, they are not diabetic and are really yummy.
