everytime i seem to make muffins they stick to the muffin paper, any ideas on how to stop this?

I put the papers in my muffin tins to hold their shape and give a wee spray with the non stick spray before adding mixture, works every time

Others have suggested using squares of baking paper.

cheers, will try the spray oil.I take it any old spray oil will do?
