I am planning on doing some this weekend, any good recipes & also do I need to seal the lids or just use plastic lids.
Pickled cucumber, not chutney, similar to a gherkin recipe. Look forward to any help, thank you

If you use the search function on the left and click on "anytime" for the "time posted" - you will find at least 30 recipes.
