Oh I guess they are particular to the Chinese New Year!They look very hard to make & you need special moulds.

Oh I'm having a go at instant pudding bikkies!I made the kids mini chocolate cakes (muffin pan sized).I blitzed up two ripe apricots, a banana and two golden kiwifruit to add instead of some of the milk normally called for and it came out lovely - really moist.That's going to get three fruits in them without knowing (Kindy kids!).
