I have Rhubard coming out my ears.. other than crumble does anyone have any other yummy receipes. Thanks

Mum use to give it to use stewed with our weetbix.Have you thought of bottling some for the winter months with custard?

Put 'rhubarb' in the keyword search at top left, then click the arrow in date posted to 'anytime' and dozens of good rhubarb threads will appear :)

Rhubarb Relish
mix 2c chopped rhubarb with 2c diced onion, 1c vinegar, 2c br sugar, 1/2TBSp salt, cinnamon, ginger & cayenne to taste. Boil 20 - 30 mins or until jam consistency. Bottle & seal.

muffins, jam with ginger or banana in it, stew some then make a sponge top and cook for a different dessert.

...you can finely chop rhubarb and freeze it in bags...when it's frozen give the bag a good bang on the bench and they should become free flow piece...i use them frozen like this to add to muffins...(with a cinnamon and raw sugar topping)...good with a few sliced almonds too...probably my favourite muffin!!!
