i have plenty of venison and have just received a mincer, sausage maker today so how about a few recipies....wot ingredients to put in such as meal fillers etc... will the casings/skins fit over the tubefiller,it seems a bit wide. 100mm long 24mm at end funnelling out to 35mm at 100mm

I am going to have a go at making mussel sausages, was going to use breadcrumbs and egg as a binder and add chilli, garlic and onion??dont have a sausage maker so am going to have a jack up with a pipe and an icing bag!!!
