i have a fabulous brownie recipe but its with normal flour, do you think if i just swap the flour over to a gluten free mix, it would be fine?

yes, i've done it myself. gf flour tends to be a little finer so watch the wet n dry mix. remember the original concestancey and adjust. i use a bake mix "healtheries, simple, wheat and g-free baking mix" green packaging......good luck
