i am using Flora at the moment but was wondering if there are any without milk solids that are not too expensive?

olivio margarine (altho I think its been renamed to something starting with B) is made with olive oil I think, most margarines won't have milk solids I don't think..

Pure, unhydrogenated lard. You can make your ownand it doesn't harden in the fridge due to being full of omega 3 and linoleic acid (what is in olive oil).

You can buy sheets of pork crackling for almost nothing and it makes a huge amount. Add salt at the end for flavour.

Lol. I know this post will be blerked at so please don't bother to do it.

Pams spread, sunrise, budget, oliviano (sometimes on special).Ensure you double-check Flora - some of them - often the "lite" versions, contain milk solids, milk proteins or lactose.
