Salmon cream cheese crostini- PREPARE AHEAD???????

How far ahead can I make these.Is threehours okay??

should be fine, and as the crostini may soften a little I would enjoy them more than if just done, as I find them too crunchy sometimes.

Like the brandy snaps over Christmas - stand too close to someone crunching one that hasn't softened and it sounds like a dog with a bone ;)
