Why is it... we buy a bottle of cream, and use it as required, until the expiry date and it is fine if refridgerated -right. We whip some of the cream to go on the pav or whatever, dont eat it all, put leftover in fridge, but(well i am) NOT keen on eating it the next day or day after......???? Why is this, andhow long would you leave whipped cream in fridge. Hope you get what I am saying.

nothingnicer than brandy snaps filled with cream and put in the fridge over night and eaten the next day when all soft (wrapped in glad wrap of course!!)

oh then theres on the coffees with choco or cinnamon!! or as dad used to make us, toast with jam and whipped cream for brekkie!! mmMMmm
