Does anyone know of any forthcoming cheese-making workshops that are happening within the next few months in the Wellington area please?

Have a look at www.curiouscook.co.nz - Mindi has 3 hour workshops in Wgtn and Lower Hutt planned for Jan & Feb.Or try www.newzealandcheeseschool.co.nz - they have all-day courses Jan 29th & 30th in Wellington. (I have done one of these and they are excellent).

try mederterainian warehouse, they have classes, not sure about cheesemaking but they may be able to help

Mindi does the cheesemaking demos at Mediterranean Food Warehouse in Lower Hutt as well. She's off overseas to day for month (cooking classes in Tuscany and the International Cheese Festival in Bra).
Since the public registrations are closed, you must have an invite from a current member to be able to register and post in this thread.
