Just brought a Juicer - have been doing beetroot, carrot, celery, apple so Yummy and hopefuly going to help with the weight i want to lose.Can you add courgettes?

Yes you can, same as cucumbers. Tastes terrible though. How is the juicer helping with weight loss?

Just take no notice of the curmudgeon in post#3. I have juiced alot of fruit and vege, but cannot say I have ever done courgette. You could add a little in with what ever else you are juicing. I love carrot and ginger.

Mangoes are cheap at the moment and add a "wonderfood" element to juice.
