750g strawberries 2/3 cup icing sugar 1/3 cup Grand Marnier or Cointreau 2 tablespoons lemon juice 1 & 1/2 litres sparkling wine
Chop half a punnet of strawberries; reserve for decorating. Blend or process remaining strawberries with icing sugar, liqueur and lemon juice until smooth, place into serving bowl. Add champagne and reserved chopped strawberries just before serving.

This one is not a punch, but a cocktail...nice and Summery.
"Flirtini"
6 fresh or frozen raspberries 30ml vodka, (raspberry vodka if you can get it) 15ml Cointreau squeeze of lime juice splash of pineapple juice Champagne or sparkling wine METHOD
Place raspberries in the bottom of a Martini glass.
Mix together Vodka, Cointreau, lime and pineapple juice.
Pour over raspberries and top with champagne
