I'v lost the bit of paper with the Alison Holst Frozen Lemon Cream recipe from the Food Without Fuss book - does anyone have it?The hordes have decided to return tomorrow.

FORGET THAT!Found the recipe in AH Ultimate collection.

Here is is in case anyone wants it it is in a biscuit crumb base if served as a flan.3 eggs, separated, 1/2 c sugar, jucie 1 lemon, rind of 2 lemons, grated.Mis and heat over boiling water, stirring frequently till thickens (I usually do it in a pot over direct heat, stirring all the time).Cool over iced water.

Beat whites till foamy, add 2 tbsp sugar and beat till tips turn over when beater removed.

Beat 1c cream till thickened, then fold all 3 mixes together, pour over crumb base and freeze (cover with foil).
