Hi Korokoro.. if you type whitebait fritter into the search bar to the left of your screen, then change 'last 24 hours' to 'anytime' then search, there are a number of recipes that might be of help..

Just whisk up an egg or 2 lightly, throw 250g whitebait in, 1 tsp flour and fry gently till w/b is white, dont overcook. Seaon with salt, pepper & lemon juice. Serve with buttered white bread!!
