Does anyone have any fabulous recipes for cabbage, suitable to be served with Roast Duck?I love Cabbage, I also love brussle sprouts but am not allowed to cook them so I'm going for the next best thing.

Shread a fresh spring cabbage finely(use the outer green leaves as well ) melt a good measure about 3 tbsp of butter in a bowl in the microwave.........add the finely shredded cabbage and toss.....and a good sprinkle of Lemon Pepper seasoning.....place a paper towel over the bowl and microwave on high for 1 and half mins..stir then cook for a further 30secs..Serve and enjoy !!!!

Chop bacon and fry in butter/oil. When cooked, add a couple of chopped sun dried tomatoes and throw in the shredded cabbage.
When part cooked (not long of course!) stir through a generous dollop of sour cream and add salt & pepper to taste.
