jaymez1, IMO the best way for cooking salmon is to carefully grill it - we do ours in our George Foreman grill, then serve it with Prenzel's vinaigrette.:-))

We had it for dinner, absolutley beautiful done baked in the oven. wrap with tinfoil, drizzle a tad of olive oil on the tinfoil and place skin side down, squeeze lemon juice on it and sprinkle of salt, then sliced lemon ontop of salmon and wrap up and bake 20mins at 180 degrees. The best way to eat salmon!
