How long can you keep fudge?

I make a Russian fudge style fudge in the microwave using butter, sugar, condensed milk and golden syrup. The recipe doesn't say how long you can keep it for though (it's not one you have to place in the fridge).Thanks.

Fudge should keep fine in a sealed container in the fridge.

I think for ever!!!! (but it doesn't last that long in our house)...

In an airtight container, it can last for weeks.
And can be frozen, if you need it to last longer

I had some I made that got ... lost.... in the fridge lol.
Was still fine, but had started to go sugary, after a year. DH cleaned it up with no side effects except toothache.

I didn't think keeping fudge was a problem - keeping from eating it would be a problem here.

Fudge never keeps in my house, only a few minutes at most
