"Carrot and Cheese salad Great for a smaller salad dish. 1-2 grated carrots, 1c grated cheese, a sprinkling of sultanas, mix together with a little french dressing. posted by naki_gal
Carrot and Cheese Salad This is a popular one at our family gatherings. Grate carrot and cheese you choose amounts, handful of chopped parsley and mix together. Make up a vinaigrette (I use lemon juice, olive oil, crushed garlic, a little sugar and salt and pepper) or just use a bought one poor over the carrot and cheese throw in a handfull of soft sultana's and mix well. At the last minute before serving add some roasted nuts I use peanuts but you can use whatever nuts you have on hand. The kids love it.posted by obie1":-))
