Best choc to dip strawberries in

Did anyone see a cooking show recently that showed how to dip strawbs and cool them so that they did not have a flat side?I can't remember what she did, but I guess having them on a toothpick and sticking them into 1/2 an orange would do...

I used to stand my strawberries up in ice cube trays and drizzle choc over them.

I "invented" this years ago for doing mine.

Put toothpicks into the stork end. Dip into melted choc then poke the toothpick into a big sab of oasis while the choc sets.It looks hilarious with them all sitting there but works for me.

BTW in case you don't know what I mean,oasis is that polystyrene type stuff you stick flowers into. The green is for wet flowers - grey for dried.I use the grey.Seems to hold together better.
