Make chutney. Apple and cucumber chutney is what I made when given a whole lot of cucumbers the other day. I had no idea so just googled "what to make with apple cucumbers".

cube uo cucumber, tomato and onion rings, in vinegar, , also, I make a cucumber and pineapple salad, 1 diced cucumber, 1 large tablespoon mint concentrete (colemans) or a thick mint sauce, 1 tin pineapple pieces, 1 large tablespoon malt vinegar, and salt and pepper, mix everything, chill overnight. there is also bread and butter pickle...
