Does anyone know where this can be bought?Didn't know it existed until I visted a cheese / chocolate / dairy farm on the Atherton Tablelands.

Not your part of the country sorry, but I have bought sheep's milk cheese from Liberty Market in Christchurch.My dairy intolerant rellies can have this.The brand is Blue River.Perhaps you could try contacting makers directly to see where they have suppliers or if they can ship to you.

FYI.. blue river dairies also make icecream.It's quite sweet to me, but lots of others like it.It's not cheap though, one of their sheep milking farms is down the road from us and they bought some along to our school to try.

just read online that aged cheese often have no lactose. Look on the nutritional information panel, and as lactose is a sugar if sugars read 0 then it has no lactose.
