here's a little funny..the othernight I made some hand made Bread which would not rise properly come hell or highwater,so I gave up and threw it into the Rubbish bin.The next morning out of curiousity I checked the bin...behold..the dough had risen to enormous proportions.Not to miss a chance,I retrieved it and picked off all the superflous bits,Teabags etc,and continued on to make a superb freestyle loaf...

hehe..the irony was,the Bin was under the sink and in a cool/cold area,my initial try hard proving was in the Oven on 35d..I cooked it out of spite...lo
