Corriander Recipes Please!

I have planted way too much corriander and need some different recipes!

It makes a great pesto - just sub coriander for basil or parsley.

We made felafel over the weekend, that uses coriander and is super tasty. :-)

let some go to seed keep the seeds and sow them occasionally or use them in cooking. The plants that don't go to seed let them get real big and harvest the root a great flavour for soups etc.

Herbs I actually deliberately overplant as it is always nice to have plenty and if theres unusably large quantities it makes a great gift or also very valuble compost nothing is wasted in the garden.
