I have to make a dessert tonight which I am usually totally bomb at! Thought I would try a nice apple and peach crumble, but have no recipe. Can anyone assist please?

Make a crumble 1or2 parts butter (depends on how decadent you are feeling), 2 parts sugar and 3 parts flour. eg. 1/4 - 1/2 cup butter, 1/2 cup sugar 3/4c flour.Rub butter into the sugar and flour.I actually also add in coconut and rolled oats (reduce the flour a bit) and sometimes slivered or flaked almonds.I generally use previously cooked fruit but I know you can do it with uncooked fruit too.I find it works better cooking the fruitfirst.Bake at 180 - 200 deg c for bout 30 mins or until crunchy looking.
Sorry I can't be any more exact - a crumble is just not an exact sort of science IMHO.
