Wanting small savoury quiche recipe pls for kids p

Use this recipe and make them in Texas Muffin Pans (well greased) or use those pleated cupcake liners (cant recall the exact name of these !!)

IMPOSSIBLE QUICHE

3 eggs

1 cup grated cheese

1 & 1/2 Cups of milk

1 finely chopped onion

Vegetables, grated carrot,grated zuchunni,
brocoli & cauliflower flourettes, peppers.

salt and pepper

1/2 cup self raising flour

1 tablespoon of oil

chopped bacon or ham

slices of tomatoes for top of quiche

Put all ingredients into a tupperware bowl with a lid and shake for 1 minutes till all ingredients are mixed.

Pour into a greased flan dish (23cm or 9”) and bake at 350 deg F or 180 deg C for 50-60 minutes.

Let stand 10mins before serving.

Hi Girls the one I made on Friday had 4 eggs in it and I put some par cooked sliced potatoes inthe bottom and some extra cheese that I sprinkled on top.
