If you have an Indian or Middle Eastern food market handy you will always find rosewater there.Otherwise have a look at mail order specialty food suppliers like Sabato.
Don't buy it from a pharmacy as it will not be food grade.

Most delis should have it.I was in Countdown and there was the Queens Rosewater reduced to $1 and I bought it and its quite good.
