50g butter, 50g brown sugar, 1 egg, beaten, 75g self-raising flour, 3 T cocoa, pinch salt, 120 ml milk Microwave butter and sugar on Hi for 10-20 secs. Whisk until creamy. Add egg and whisk well. Mix in flour, cocoa and salt, alternately with milk. Line a microwave muffin tray with paper cases. Half fill each case, elevate and microwave on Hi for 2 mins (6 cup) or 1 min 40secs (5 cup) . Remove cases from muffin trays immediately and cool on cake rack

umm how much as in cup measurements is 75grms of flour?
