what are some nice things to have for dinner on hot summers nights?
Whats your favourite summer dinner?
am looking for ideas of yummy things to have when its too hot for a normal meal

I loooove Greek salad - loads of leaft greens, chopped tomatoes and cucumber, olives and tangy feta crumbled over the top. Add a nice cut of barbequed meat and a nice bit of bread and you're all set (actually some nights we just have salad - no carbs but it's nice sometimes having something really light.

Salmon fillet with baby new potatoes and fresh asparagus Wood smoked salmon and orzo salad with baby spinach leaves Salmon and bacon quiche and salad Char-grilled bbq steak with salad Fillet of beef, medium rare, thinly sliced and mixed into a mixed green salad with lots of different things added -depending on what i have.
