Have 2 chicken breasts and would like to make something different for dinner tonight, any suggestions?

You could stuff with cream cheese and roasted capisum then bake
I know it is sometimes hard to think of something different.
You could always chop up and make a pizza with them I use pita bread Top with hummus, chicken, spinich, feta and butter chicken sauce add pinenuts if you like them and sprikle with a small amount of cheese.

cut into strips about as thick as your finger then put in bowl with lemon juice for half an hour squeeze off excess juice then put in another bowl with a well beaten egg (add salt and pepper to egg) mix well then fry in butter don't overcook serve on a salad.

Put a few basil leaves inside. The wrap in prosciutto ham or streaky bacon. Easy and better than the sum of it's parts.
