Pasta salad recipes please?

am going to a pot luck this weekend and have been told to bring along a salad. does anyone have a great pasta salad recipe they can share? am wanting to impress :-)

*Can of tuna - 185g can
* Packet of Pasta – any sort eg. Penne, spiral, macaroni
* 3 cups of cubed tomatoes
* 3 cups of cubed cucumber
* 2 celery sticks (chopped)
* 1/4 cup of chopped small bits of Camembert cheese or half a cup of grated cheese
* 2 tablespoons of Parsley (chopped finely)
* 1 teaspoon of garlic
* 1 small red onion (chopped finely) or 1/4 cup of pickled onions (chopped finely)
* 1/4 cup or more of Paul Newman’s Balsamic Vinaigrette.
* Salt and Pepper to taste

Cook pasta till al dente.
In a large bowl place tomatoes, cucumber and celery. Add the parsley, garlic and onion. Break up the tuna including the oil in a small bowl then place the tuna in the bowl. Pour half of the Balsamic Vinaigrette in. Mix together. Cool pasta. Add the pasta and the cheese to the bowl. Add the rest of the balsamic vinaigrette. Salt and Pepper to taste. Mix and if required add more vinaigrette to taste.

Cook pasta - drain.Shred up some smoked chicken and salmon (yes, it's great together), cube some cucumber, spring onions, cherry toms, fresh parsley, avo, small bits of crumbled feta (optional).Mix together with a nice creamy mayo - Best Foods is a great one.Chill.Oh, salt and pepper too.

Or a vinagrette one:
With cooked pasta mix:
chopped ham, capsicum, spring onions, red onions, pineapple, cucumber.Add salt n pepper and mix in olive oil, balsamic vinegar and a pinch of sugar.Toss well.

Hubby and son love it when i add some cooked chorizo to the vinagrette one.

My fav is:
Risoni pesto salad....
risoni pasta
punnet pesto
red onion
chirozo sausage (cut into slices)
sundried tomatoes (cut into slices)
sprinkle of sunflower seeds (cut in oven with lil bit of oil)
feta cheese

THIS SALAD - YOU CAN BASICALLY ADD WHATEVER YOU WANT =)

Cook risoni pasta. (say 1/2 - 1 pkt) 1 pkt makes a lot.
Drain - cool - put in large bowl add lil bit of lemon juice to help not stick.
Stir in all other ingredients (NOT THE SUNFLOWER SEEDS OR FETA) til all covered with the pesto.
Sprinkle on top - the feta cheese and baked sunflower seeds...

You could add roasted chopped pumpkin etc...

HERE'S ANOTHER ONE I'VE JUST FOUND ON NET =)

1½ cups risoni pasta
1 tomato, chopped
1 small Lebanese cucumber, chopped
1 small carrot, grated
½ cup finely sliced ham
1 tablespoon orange juice
2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce

Method:

Bring medium saucepan of water to the boil.
Add the risoni and cook until al dente.
Drain and let cool.
Lightly stir through other ingredients.
