This is the one I use, and it hasn't failed me yet...
1C water, 3C flour, 1 tsp salt, 2Tbs olive oil (i've used rice bran oil and its fine), 1Tbs sugar and 2 tsp yeast.
Popin breadmaker on dough cycle. Check it after about 10 mins of mixing to see if its moist enough. I find that sometimes i have to add an extra bit of water to get it going.
When finished, leave in breadmaker to rise for about 30min - 1 hour.
I get three medium sized pizzas out of this

1 cup water, 3 cups flour, 1 tsp salt, 1 tbsp oil and 2 tsp surebake yeast. This is the one I use and it makes enough for one giant base or two big ones :)
