recipe that tastes good.Im having a birthday party and there are a couple of children will allergies so want to make some chocolate cupcakes to have as an alternative to the birthday cake

Chocolate Cake (Essentially Food Feb/March 2005)
1 ½ cups plain flour 1 cup sugar 1 tea baking soda ½ tea salt 2 tea vanilla essence ¼ cup cocoa 1/3 cup oil 1 cup cold water 1 Tab vinegar
Combine all but vinegar and beat until smooth.Fold in vinegar.Bakeat 180 until skewer comes out clean 30 -50 minutes depending on tin size.
I use this recipe regularly, always gets postive comments. Just remember not to put butter in the icing!
