Can I make them with reduced cream?or should I not be so lazy and get in car and go to shop, means lugging 2 kids around!!

newflover, this suggestion is probably easier than you having to go to the shops.....try doing a search here on this Trademe MB for cheese rolls (Keywords) and use Anytime as the Date posted option - I'm sure that I have seen a recipe that uses reduced cream for the cheese roll filling so I hope you can find a recipe too so that you can use what you have to hand. :-))
