You'll find a variety of kumara salad recipes there - hopefully at least one that will appeal to you. :-))

Kumera Salad:
3 med Kumera peeled and chopped, bring to boil and simmer untill cooked and drain and cool, ( or could be steamed ). Put into serving container and add a small tin of crushed pineapple, ( drained ). Dress with 1/2 cup sour cream, 1/4 cup of mayonaise and 4 chopped spring onions and top with sesame seeds if wished.

Same as Willman above but swap the pineapple for banana... easy and really yummy. . Don't overcook the Kumara or it will be too soggy. cheers
