I need to do something with pork for a BBQ on Sunday.Does anyone have a special recipe for pork stips or other cuts of pork?Thank you.

Me dear old mum suggests this:
Honey Mustard Pork Strips
2 kg Pork strips 1/2 cup Honey 3 tbs French Mustard 1 tbs Soy sauce 3 tbs white Vinegar
Marinate overnight then direct to BBQ or in a frying pan on the barbie.
Can even be done in a crockpot on high for 2 -3 hours.

BBQ Sauce ~
1/2 C water 1/2 C tomato sauce 1/4 C worcestershire sauce 1/4 C brown sugar 2 T vinegar 2 T lemon juice 50 g butter (this gives the glaze effect)
Bring to the boil and simmer.
Baste the pork whilest bbqing ... tasty!

Buy a bottle of lee kum kee bqq pork mix and marinate in it.
