We have a fresh grouper to eat. Anybody got the perfect way to cook this?

Dust them in flour... into pan and lots of ground black pepper... . (no salt). . salt later on plate if wanted...

yup real butter. . and a drop or three of olive oil... . sprinkle lemon pepper over if you must :}dont overcook it... .

oh yummmmmm fresh hapuka steaks! Fully agree with fisher on this one. No need to kill the flavou of fresh fish with all the spices and sauces.
