I discovered a half packet of Patak's korma curry paste in the fridge (sealed in plastic ziplock bag) that would have been opened about 6 weeks ago. Packaging says use as soon as opened but it still looks and smells fine... anyone know how long it would be good for, or should I toss it now?

i always put mine in the freezer after I have opened it and it still spoons out frozen no probs
