So they milk the cows, dry the milk to make powder, add powder to water and then sell? Not a good sounding business plan....

Least this hasn't come up in the farming thread this time :-). No, not in New Zealand - but Fonterra sell milkpowder overseas, which I think is where this rumour comes from.Fonterra always talks about how much it made from Whole milk powder, Skim milk powder, etc etc.

My thoughts exactly, Wrinkles, but I've heard this from a few folks and I wouldn't surprised what the heck happens in NZ anymore !! I bought a packet of snow peas the other day - produce of Zimbabwe !!!!
