This one is real easy, and definately a family/kid favourite: 1/4 lb Butter 3/4 C Sugar 1 Egg 1 Tsp Vanilla Essence 1 Tbsp Cocoa 1 Pkt Wine/plain biscuits Handful or 2 of raisins (optional)
Put all ingred. except biscuits into a large pot.Bring to boil. Boil for 1 min - add crushed biscuits, spread into swiss roll tin.Chill.

You can also sprinkle in some coconut if you like it.
