Very Nive "Choconut Microwave Cake"

A moist Chocolate cake A must try cake very yummy :)

1 3/4 self-raising flour or pian flour with 1 1/2 teaspoon bakingpowder
3 tablespoons cocoa
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups sugar
125g butter,melted
1 cup coconut cream
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
2 large eggs
2 tablespoon oil

Sift flour,cocoa and salt into a bowl.Stir in sugar.
Melt butter in microwave about 1 minute.
Warm coconut cream 1 minute in microwave and stir in soda.
Beat eggs to combine then add to the melted butter.
Add oil,and the cream and soda combination.
Mix well.Pour into dry ingredients and mix well.
Pour into a ring mould about 24X9cm,preferably a special microwave plastic pan.Place pan on an upturned saucer or microwave cake-rack and cook on high 10 minutes.
Cool 10 minutes before removing from pan.
Ice with chocolate icing and sprinkle with coconut when cold..

Dose the coconut flavour come through? and did you use heavy coconut cream or lite?

Well you can taste it if ya like hot cake but once it cools down ya cant taste the coconut cream I don't use the lite I use the heavy coconut cream but you can add a little water instead of a whole cup of coconut cream..You have to try it,my kids just love it I have been making more microwave cakes these days just so easy and a cheaper way to bake a quakier cake..

But does it STAY nice? much microwave stuff tastes good immediately, but the next day has gone denser and rubbery.
