Cheese fondue

I am taking nibbles to a party tomorrow and was thinking of taking a cheese fondue with an assortment of goodies. How long do you think I can keep a fondue going for once it is in the pot with the flame under it? Thanks
Also, does anyone know if Cheesemongers in ChCh is open/OK?

Traiteurs have a great range of cheeses, not too sure about around Victoria st, its pretty b ad around there. Is it a tealight candle or a gas light? think the tealight might struggle but sounds like a yummy idea.

you can keep it going till it's all gone - should probably take less than 20 mins in my house!!!!!

Hi mate, you will find the cheese fondue will work better if you do it in a slow cooker. Other wise you will have to keep an eye on it to stop it catching on the bottom. hope you have a lonely time.
