was driving from cromwell to christchurch today and felt inspired to stop at one of the salmon farms by twizel. thought i'd be brave and cook salmon... now i've never done it before so i need some suggestions! especially what to serve it up with, dressings? potatoes? etc
thought i'd keep it simple but i'm worried i'll just grill it and throw it on a bed of mash with broad beans. hardly exciting.

bucjo, we like fresh salmon 'kept simple' i. e. grilled and served with, for preference, Prenzel's Citrus Vinaigrette but for more "exciting" ideas/recipes have a look at:-
